A leading multi-sector recruitment business with 25+ years in the market is expanding its Industrial team in Rochdale. This is a busy, high-volume desk covering warehousing, manufacturing, logistics and production roles, with a strong client base and room to grow.
The Role
* Manage a 360 Industrial desk with full ownership of clients and candidates.
* Fill high-volume roles such as Warehouse Operatives, FLT Drivers, Production Operatives, Cleaners and Administrators.
* Build and maintain client relationships through regular calls and site visits.
* Advertise, source, interview, reference and onboard candidates.
* Support junior team members and contribute to the smooth running of the branch.
* Drive revenue through proactive business development and excellent service.
