As our Content & Communications Assistant you will assist in sourcing, creating, and publishing digital content for AIS digital channels and overseeing the digital channels to ensure they are accurate and up to date to improve Member engagement boosting social media audiences, improve brand awareness and gain greater media exposure. Key responsibilities Liaise with product teams and designer to produce bi-annual Product Directories involving collation of content, obtaining sign off and delivering to deadlines. Collate and distribute weekly bulletins and updates to Members as well as liaising with Hub Champions to ensure the member portal is up to date, accurate and performing. Ensuring web content is accurate and up to date ensuring new stories are updated and refreshed, personnel announcements and changes are made, and product information is correct and promoted. Work with external agency to review and respond to monthly web and SEO performance reports to ensure changes and updates are made. Create assets for social media and digital marketing activity on the annual planner including for LinkedIn, Member portal and websites. Source and draft case studies, news stories, blogs and features on Members and Suppliers. Assisting in the update of content schedules. Providing meeting support for the weekly Editorial and Content meeting and monthly Own-Label marketing meetings- ensuring the action tracker is kept up to date, meetings are scheduled, and attendance is secured. Assist in providing data and feedback on the performance and effectiveness of activity campaigns, using tools such as GA4 and other monitoring and research tools for social media. What we’re looking for in our Content & Communications Assistant: Knowledge and experience of social media and digital marketing, including knowledge of the latest technology within a business environment. Ability to produce quality work on Adobe or Canva Understanding and familiarity with working with Web content management systems and bulk email communications Skilled in writing engaging copy with strengths in grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Good communication skills both externally and at all levels in the company. Enthusiastic, self-confident, and self-motivated. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Analytical and confident with numbers.
