Cloud Support Specialist Location: East Horsley, Surrey Employment Type: Full-time About the Opportunity Our client is a Microsoft ISV Partner with a global presence, providing a SaaS platform that helps organisations govern, optimise, and monitor Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Their platform currently supports over 3 million users across 180 enterprise customers. Following recent investment, they are expanding their technical team and are looking for a Cloud Support Specialist to join their Security/IT function. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cloud optimisation and modern workplace technologies within an international, remote-first team. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st line IT support for end users Procure, install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including desktops and laptops, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and mobile devices (Android & iOS). Support Windows 11 and Apple macOS systems. Perform cloud administration and end-user support for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Intune, Defender, and other cloud services. Create and manage users, groups, and SharePoint sites. Manage user licensing and Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes. Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Work with automation technologies to enhance internal services. Requirements & Skills Commercial experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across Windows, macOS, and cloud applications. Ability to work on-site 2-3 days per week in East Horsley, Surrey. Ability to travel to the office or client sites as required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 1-2 year's experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. Desirable Exposure to security tooling such as Defender, Intune, and Entra ID. Microsoft cloud certifications. Experience with Copilot / AI tooling administration, Power Automate, Azure, or PowerShell.
