In the role here at Redcar, you will work as part of a team supporting our Site Manager, ensuring the provision of a high quality learning environment is achieved throughout the academy. About the role: As a Site Supervisor, you will work as part of a team to ensure the provision of a high quality environment is achieved throughout the Academy. You will be responsible for ensuring the buildings are secure, tidy and fit for purpose, duties will include working in line with health and safety requirements to maintain the school grounds and take remedial action where hazards are identified and you will be responsible for statutory compliance checks using our CAFM System. As a Site Supervisor it will be expected of your to lead by example, evidencing a positive attitude to health and safety requirements and responsibilities. What are we looking for? The successful candidate would ideally have experience of site maintenance or a related trade, an ability to evidence accurate record keeping and compliance and an ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to communicate safer practices and manage concerns.
