You'll be brilliant at query management, have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and be fastidious with detail which will ensure payments are made on time and correctly. You'll be the "go to" for anyone who has questions around sales invoicing and any associated issues, you'll ensure billing and payment processing are carried out on time and you'll act as a support for other teams such as credit control and collections all the while identifying areas of weakness and improvement with processes.
