Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are seeking a detail:driven and proactive Production Planning Analyst to join a fast:paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, enjoys solving problems, and wants to play a central role in keeping operations running smoothly
Responsibilities
* Track and update project milestones across live jobs
* Identify and escalate potential delays or risks
* Generate clear reports for internal teams and sales
* Maintain live dashboards and tracking tools
* Liaise with cross:functional teams to keep projects on track
What Were Looking For
* Experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* Excellent communication across all levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast:paced setting
