A leading London M&E contractor is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to support delivery of major Commercial, Life Sciences and Healthcare projects in London & surrounding areas. This is a key role within a growing team, offering strong progression and the chance to work on technically challenging, high-profile schemes.
Role Overview
* Manage mechanical building services delivery from design through to installation, commissioning and handover.
* Oversee technical submissions, drawings, and coordination with consultants and clients.
* Lead subcontractor management, quality control, and on-site engineering support.
* Ensure all works meet safety, compliance, and industry standards (HTM/HBN, CIBSE, BS).
About You
* Experienced Mechanical Project Engineer within an M&E contractor environment.
* Strong technical knowledge across HVAC, CHW/LTHW, ventilation, public health and specialist systems.
* Experience delivering Commercial, Life Sciences or Healthcare projects in the UK.
* Confident communicator with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
