Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Your ability to upsell and utilise CRM software effectively will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
* Engage in B2B sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
* Utilise CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and prospects.
* Upsell products and services to maximise revenue from existing accounts.
* Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
* Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements
* Must have experience in sales or a similar role is essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
* Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not essential for tracking sales processes and client interactions.
