We are seeking an experienced Front Line Manager with a proven track record of leading teams and demonstrable experience in control management within warehousing and logistics to work at our Doncaster site.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Plan and conduct proactive and reactive cycle counts in accordance with contractual service level agreements.
* Support inventory control processes to prevent, detect, and correct errors in transactions and balances.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance.
* Generate and report inventory accuracy and compliance data to support site stock management and share insights with key stakeholders.
* Maintain knowledge of internal and external customer systems to assist operational teams and address inventory and production issues.
* Assist in managing storage utilization to maximize warehouse effectiveness.
* Handle ad-hoc inventory-related issues as needed.
* Control stock variances and adjustments to ensure compliance with SLAs.
* Perform other clerical and operational duties as required.
* Ensure the warehouse is maintained clean and tidy in line with the Company Hygiene policy.
Technical Skills:
• Experience working with warehouse management systems such as JDA or Manhattan.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and chart creation.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels (Customer, HMRC, Management, Operations).
* Resource and budgeting experience to ensure efficient team operations.
* Ability to lead, direct, and motivate teams across departments.
