You will work on talent attraction, training & development, talent management, employee engagement and HR analytics efforts that help us build a winning team.Assist in the employer branding, recruitment and onboarding process for new talent.Support employee development programs, including training and career growth initiatives.Contribute to employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve workplace culture.Assist with performance management processes and employee relations activities.Help analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.Work closely with business leaders to ensure alignment between P&C initiatives and company goals.Requirements:Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master's student, completing a master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is provided.Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st, 2026, and commit to 36.25 hours/week for a 12-month internship.Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values.
