We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our London Cluster sales team.

Reporting to the Area Director of Sales – London, we’ll look to you to drive significant business into Hoxton’s London portfolio of hotels across all segments, with a key focus on meetings, events, and groups. This includes The Hoxton Shoreditch, The Hoxton Holborn, The Hoxton Southwark, and our newest location, The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush.

Job Description
What you’ll do…
1. Proactively generate new business across meetings, events, and groups by working and targeting key domestic and international DMCs, TMCs, the Accor brand, and GSO.
2. Support total account management across the existing portfolio to uncover opportunities locally across MICE for The Hoxton’s London Cluster, including building relationships with major clients and leading strategic actions to increase market share.
3. Collaborate with the Area Director of Sales to prepare and execute creative sales strategies to maximize revenue across multiple segments.
4. Generate new business leads through market research, utilizing our tools, and liaising with the Global Sales and Accor teams.
5. Support, coach, and mentor junior sales team members and work closely with the MICE manager.
6. Monitor market trends and financial figures to adjust sales strategies and meet budgets throughout the year.
7. Represent The Hoxton at industry networking events and sales trips.
8. Organize show rounds, familiarization trips, office visits, and presentations to increase exposure among key decision-makers.
9. Utilize the ACCOR systems to maintain up-to-date account information and assess lead opportunities.
10. Work towards revenue goals for Corporate, Conventions & Groups, M&E, and team KPIs.
11. Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally.
12. Support weekly and monthly reporting, strategy meetings, and owner reports.
Qualifications
