Were looking for a motivated and organisedSoftware Project Administrator with 2nd European language either Italian, Spanish or French ideally,to join our Customer Success team and play a key role in helping customers get the very best from our software.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role in a growing B2B software business, perfect for someone who enjoys structure, working with people, and seeing projects through from start to finish with plenty of support from experienced colleagues along the way.
What the Project Administrator will be doing
At the start, your main focus will be supporting customers as they migrate from on-premise systems to our cloud platform a hugely important part of our growth journey. As you build confidence and experience, theres real scope to expand into onboarding new customers and supporting additional products.
Youll be a trusted guide for customers during onboarding, keeping things organised, moving, and positive.
