We’re working with a fast-growing MSP in the Cardiff area who are searching for a Head of Delivery to oversee service delivery across consultancy, engineering, onboarding, and on-site activities. This is a pivotal role, combining technical knowledge, people leadership, and commercial responsibility. You’ll be driving financial targets, leading teams across a broad technology stack, and ensuring world-class service delivery.
The Role
As Head of Delivery, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading consultants, project engineers, and onboarding teams to deliver IT solutions on time and to the highest standard.
Managing delivery targets of £275k–£300k per month and pre-sales consultancy activity totalling £350k–£400k per month.
Overseeing solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, enterprise networking, IT infrastructure, and cyber security.
Partnering with the pre-sales team to scope and shape solutions, ensuring seamless handover to delivery.
Driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across the delivery function.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven leadership experience in an MSP or IT consultancy environment.
A strong technical foundation and broad generalist knowledge across cloud, infrastructure, and modern workplace technologies.
A track record of hitting and exceeding financial delivery targets.
Excellent people management skills, able to inspire and get the best out of technical teams.
Commercial awareness and the confidence to oversee pre-sales consultancy alongside delivery.
