Job Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)

An established and expanding professional consultancy based in Lanarkshire is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team. The Role This position offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects across multiple sectors resulting in the development of commercial skills and experience. Core Service Areas The role will involve working across three primary service streams:
Business Advisory
Quantity Surveying – Pre- and Post-Contract Commercial Services
Commercial Management and Dispute Resolution
Key Responsibilities Delivering pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
Preparing cost plans, estimates, and commercial reports
Assisting with contract administration and cost control
Supporting commercial management and dispute resolution activities
Liaising effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
Candidate Profile Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Experience in pre- and post-contract services
Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability
Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
Effective communication and client-facing skills
