An opportunity has arisen for an eICT Service Manager based at Ayrshire Central Hospital on a fixed term/secondment basis until 31st March 2026.
What you will do:
You will provide leadership to eICT working within North Ayrshire HSCP as well as having operational management responsibility for the team.
You will represent the specialist contribution of eICTin a range of multi-disciplinary/multi agency fora within and outwith the organisation in the strategic planning of agreed service areas, communicating complex and at times contentious information which relates to the specialist area.
You will ensure that systems to support Clinical Governance and performance management are operating effectively within the agreed Service area.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
* Professional Qualification in Social Work or NHS. E.g. CQSW/COT/Registered Nurse or AHP/Diploma or Degree.
* Masters qualification or equivalent knowledge/experience.
* Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams
* Experience of leading change
* Evidence of quality improvement
* Experience of managing budgets
* Demonstration of management competencies.
* Demonstrate management of change.
* Demonstrate leadership competencies.
* In depth Knowledge of relevant NHS and/or social work policies and legislation
* Demonstrable continuous professional development.
* Registered with appropriate professional body.
Driving Licence/Car Ownership:
A car licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
