Sales Support Engineer Location: Near Camberley, Surrey Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 My client is looking for someone that has been CNC Machinist, Miller or Turner that is looking to move into an office role or someone that has already made the move. As Sales Support Engineer your primary function will be to provide support to sales and engineering in delivering customer products and supporting tooling activities to ensure our clients engineering and production team have everything, they need to deliver complete to our customers’ requirements. You will be working with both the Sales department and Engineering Departments to achieve the above. To do this you will need to have a sound understanding of production engineering with reference to CNC machining. You will have the ability to plan CNC machining operations. You will ensure that they are carried out efficiently by using your knowledge of materials. Experience of CNC machining is essential. You will need to be familiar with ERP or MRP production control systems as well as be able to utilise, CAD and Microsoft Office software to produce documentation and reports.
