What You'll Do:
Deliver engaging and thought-provoking English lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
Foster a love for literature, language, and communication in students of all abilities
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and strong written and verbal skills
Contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking English department or adapt to a variety of schools as a supply teacher
Who We're Looking For:
Essential:
A strong academic background in English (QTS or ECT status ideal, but not essential for supply roles)
A motivated, flexible attitude and confident classroom presence
Two recent professional references
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable:
At least three terms of experience teaching in a UK secondary classroom
A driving licence and access to a vehicle
