Role Overview
As a Contracts Manager, you will:

Oversee several construction projects across Bristol and the South West.

Support and guide Site Managers throughout delivery.
*
Take ownership of programme, resources, quality, and safety.
*
Provide updates and performance reports to senior leadership.
*
Build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.
*
Contribute to planning, pre-con, and operational improvements.
About You
*
Experience with a regional or national contractor in a similar role.
*
Background working on housing, commercial, refurbishment, or mixed-use projects.
*
The ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
*
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
*
Solid understanding of commercial and contractual responsibilities.
*
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
