Responsibilities
* Assisting with the preparation and organisation of materials and equipment for daily operations
* Supporting production or logistical processes as directed by supervisors
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure safety standards are met
* Loading and unloading goods or materials using appropriate tools and equipment
* Performing routine checks on machinery or equipment, reporting any faults or issues promptly
* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during shift
* Supporting team members in completing tasks efficiently and effectively
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar operative or manual role is advantageous but not essential
* Good organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
* Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work various shifts if required
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record keeping and communication purposes
* Full UK Clean Driving Licence
