Role: Creative Strategist
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 + Commission
I’m currently working with a fast-growing performance marketing agency that’s on the hunt for a Creative Strategist to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s got a sharp creative eye, understands what makes people click and convert, and is confident turning data into high-performing content strategies.
You’ll be part of a smart, collaborative team working across paid social channels (think Meta, TikTok, etc.)—helping scale brands through top-performing ad creative and fresh campaign ideas.

What they’re looking for:
• 1+ year in a similar role – either agency or DTC brand side
• Strong understanding of paid social (Meta, TikTok etc.)
• Solid experience writing creative briefs and UGC scripts
• Confident interpreting performance data to inform creative direction
• Strong copywriting skills and eye for design
• Proactive, ideas-led, and excited to bring something fresh to the table
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with media buyers, creators, and clients
What’s on offer:
• £28,000 – £38,000 base (DOE)
• £10,000 – £20,000 commission (performance based)
