Correla are looking for a Customer Enquiries Supportto join our team.

Salary: c£25,000

About the Role

* You will be responsible for answering customers calls and queries via telephony and tickets channels.
* You will build Customer Rapport: Establishing a personal connection to enhance the customer experience.
* You will collaborate seamlessly within the team and adapt to changing situations.

About you

* You will have some level of customer service experience
* You will have strong verbal and written communication abilities
* You will have an Aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex issues
