Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates interested in working with children to gain classroom experience. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, you will contribute to the education and development of students in a school environment. Responsibilities include:
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse needs
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
* Help with administrative tasks and resource preparation
* Build positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning needs (ALN)
* Contribute to lesson planning and delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline (recent graduates welcome)
* Experience working with children or young adults (volunteering, tutoring, mentoring) preferred but not essential
* Passion for working with children and supporting their learning
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork
* Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
