Salary: £40,170 basic per annum, OTE £52,000 & overtime 1.5 / A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385

Responsibilities
* Working closely with the breakdown team you will attend breakdowns to diagnose issues and work on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road. If not possible, ensuring the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
* Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle’s issues.
* Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
* Being the face of the business, delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
* Level 3 in Vehicle maintenance and Repair (or Level 2, or equivalent qualifications such as City & Guilds vehicle maintenance, IMI or NVQ). Must be able to show your qualifications.
* Minimum 2 years experience within the vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
* A full UK driving licence – no more than 7 points or bans on the licence.
* Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
