An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Northern Estate Agencies Group as an Marketing Coordinator – New Homes & Property Marketing in our dedicated Marketing Team based at our Head Office.
We welcome applications from candidates wishing to work 3-4 days/21- 28 hours per week (salary pro rata accordingly). Hybrid working can be considered and we are happy to consider specific daily working hours to suit the successful candidate. Individual preferences will be discussed during the recruitment process.
About Us
We’re looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded marketer to join our Head Office team in a part-time role focused on New Homes marketing. This is a genuinely varied role for someone who enjoys bringing campaigns to life across digital, social, print and events. You’ll work closely with our branch teams and play a key part in helping us market new homes developments in a way that stands out, generates interest and supports instructions.
As part of one of the North’s best-known independent property groups, you’ll have the chance to make a visible impact, work with established brands, and enjoy a flexible role with hybrid working.
This is an exciting opportunity, offering a varied and rewarding workload. Responsibilities include working closely with our branch teams to create engaging and relevant social media content, producing printed marketing materials inline with brand guidelines and coordinating our community support fund for your designated brand.
Responsibilities
Experience creating engaging content for social media
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple project
· Good eye for design and brand consistency
· Confident communicator who enjoys working with different team
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tool
· Experience with email marketing platforms would be an advantage
· Property, new homes or agency-side marketing experience would be helpful but not essential
Required skills
· Experience of Adobe Suite including Indesign
· Experience of creating and scheduling social media content
· Good communication skills, working with a variety of stakeholders
· Experience of Instagram, Facebook and Tik-Tok
· Experience of using an e-marketing platform
Salary up to £29,000 full time equivalent (Pro Rata for Part time working).
