You will help older people live with dignity, comfort and joy, working closely with colleagues, health professionals and families to make a real difference every day.
What you will do
* Act as a key worker and help shape and review individual care plans.
* Support residents with personal care and daily routines.
* Promote wellbeing through social, physical and mental activities.
* Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
* Keep accurate records and contribute to team meetings.
What you need
* Warmth, patience and genuine compassion.
* Respect for every individual’s dignity and independence.
* SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or the willingness to work toward it.
* Basic computer skills for learning and record keeping.
* Registration with the SSSC and membership of the PVG Scheme.
* Ability to work within and uphold CrossReach’s Christian ethos.
