We’re on the lookout for a Senior Marketing Exec to join our creative team.

The role
Working closely with our Head of Marketing and senior team, the role of our Marketing Execs is to bring campaigns to life across various digital and print channels, from social media and email to SEO, content and paid ads. You’ll also get stuck into creative strategies, campaign monitoring and all the little details that make great marketing work.
This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch role. We’re looking for someone proactive, curious, and full of ideas. Someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and make things happen.
* Building and managing campaigns across multiple touchpoints. Think social, print, email, SEO and paid advertising.
* Planning, creating and scheduling content across a variety of social platforms for different clients, making sure every post hits the right tone and engages the right audience.
* Monitoring campaign performance and spotting opportunities to optimise.
* Working closely with the team to make sure every piece of work is delivered on point and on time.
* Bringing fresh ideas to the table and spotting ways to make our output even better.
What you'll bring
* At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or client-side), knowing your way around campaigns that deliver.
* Detail-focused and organised with a knack for juggling multiple projects.
* A confident communicator, happy to chat with both clients and the team.
* Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and isn’t shy about sharing ideas.
* Proactive, eager to learn and excited to grow across different areas of marketing.
* A creative mindset that’s ready to dive into exciting ideas and unexpected campaign concepts.
* A solid understanding of digital touchpoints like SEO, PPC and social media marketing.
* A working knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Tag Manager and Analytics (or at least a keen willingness to get stuck in and learn).

Hybrid & flexitime working
Our working week is 35.5 hours, and the core hours are 10:00 – 16:00, so you can start and finish whenever you want, provided you’re working during those hours. Friday’s also have the bonus of being able to finish at 15:30.At least one day a week can be spent working in the comfort of your own home.

The role comes with 28 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), plus for every year of your services your holiday allowance increases by a day. You also get an additional day off on your birthday to celebrate (or mourn) being a year older.
