Role Overview
We’re hiring a proactive, detail‑driven, growth‑mindset marketer to support Jugo’s commercial expansion. Working directly with the Head of Growth & Acquisition, you’ll execute our SaaS go‑to‑market strategy across the full customer lifecycle – from lead generation and nurture to onboarding and retention – leveraging HubSpot as the core toolkit.
What You’ll Do
* HubSpot Operations & Lifecycle Execution: Build, launch, and optimise HubSpot workflows, email sequences, and lead nurture journeys; maintain CRM data quality; support lifecycle communications from trial onboarding through conversion and customer education; assist with behavioural triggers, lead scoring, and journey segmentation.
* User Engagement & Nurture: Deliver product updates, content drops, and onboarding touchpoints across our user base; collaborate with Brand & Content on automated CRM programmes; monitor open rates, CTRs, and behaviour trends to improve engagement and activation.
* Funnel Management & Acquisition Ops: Ensure paid traffic and lead gen campaigns flow correctly into HubSpot and downstream workflows; QA forms, sign‑up flows, and trial funnels; collaborate with Sales and Product to optimise inbound lead handling and user journeys.
* Digital Experience Maintenance: Own essential operational tasks that keep the growth engine running; upload and update CRM assets, maintain internal workflow documentation, flag gaps or blockers; support site updates and digital touchpoint consistency.
* Analytics & Reporting: Pull and format performance reports from HubSpot, GA4, and campaign tools; track lifecycle email results, activation trends, and trial conversion metrics; surface insights from user behaviour to inform future campaigns and growth tactics.
You’ll Thrive if You…
* Have 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM, or growth roles (ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast‑paced agency).
* Are comfortable working in HubSpot or similar platforms to build effective journeys.
* Have strong organisational instincts and can keep projects on track.
* Communicate clearly and proactively across teams.
* Bring curiosity, commercial awareness, and a sense of ownership.
* Have experience supporting SaaS onboarding or product‑led growth.
* Are comfortable analysing funnel performance and turning insights into optimisation experiments.
* Enjoy testing ideas quickly and using data to guide next steps.
Success Looks Like
* Lifecycle workflows and CRM journeys run smoothly, on time, and with measurable uplift.
* Marketing operations remain calm, considered, and structured even when things move fast.
* Key metrics (email performance, activation, conversion) trend in the right direction.
* Growth, Content, Sales, and Product teams feel supported and enabled.
* You spot issues before they become problems and fix them proactively.
What We Offer
* A hands‑on marketing role at a category‑defining SaaS launch.
* Direct access to senior marketers, creators, and commercial leads.
* Mentorship, training, and support to grow your career in high‑growth tech.
* Hybrid working with access to our central Bristol HQ.
* 25 days holiday plus public holidays.
* A wellness and development budget.
