At Flagship Group, we’re looking for an Asset Improvement Surveyo r to join our team and help deliver high-quality building projects that enhance the tenant experience. This is a full time role with agile working in East Anglia (Dereham, Norwich, Woodbridge, Bury St Edmunds) 37 hrs per week, Monday-Friday What you will be doing: Oversee and deliver building projects on time and within budget. Champion both asset and tenant interests across capital investment and estate improvement projects. Conduct home visits to assess the need for capital upgrades. Ensure compliance with CDM and other regulatory requirements. Specify works, consult with tenants, and procure contractors. Investigate complaints and take ownership of projects to drive performance improvements. Prepare and submit budget estimates, tracking costs in line with our value of Spending Money Wisely. Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and contractors to resolve issues and improve asset performance. What we are looking for: Experience in a relevant trade, asset management, or construction background. Knowledge of social housing repairs and maintenance. A creative and inquisitive mindset with a commitment to high standards. Strong influencing skills to drive business performance. GCSEs (or equivalent) including Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English. A relevant qualification in property, business, or asset management. A valid UK driving license.
