The Role - Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Cheltenham)
* Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Lead small group interventions and targeted support sessions
* Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
* Assist with planning and preparation of learning activities
* Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
What We're Looking For
* A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience working within a UK primary or secondary school
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* A proactive, patient and adaptable approach
* A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
