We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team and help deliver top-notch service at one of our iconic locations.
The Role:
As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experiences, and a motivated team. You’ll work closely with the bar management to drive sales, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure stock control is maintained.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and support bar staff to deliver exceptional service
2. Ensure the bar runs efficiently during peak times, managing shifts and rotas
3. Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
4. Uphold all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards
5. Train new staff and assist with ongoing development of team members
6. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
7. Monitor and report on bar performance, helping to meet sales targets
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
8. Proven experience in a bar supervisory or management role
9. Strong leadership and communication skills
10. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
11. Knowledge of licensing laws, health and safety, and food hygiene regulations
12. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
13. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
