Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the commercial aspects of infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
* Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant terms and conditions.
* Monitor and report on project costs, forecasts, and cash flow.
* Support procurement activities and manage supplier performance.
* Identify and manage commercial risks to protect project outcomes.
* Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure commercial success.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of commercial processes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a QS or Commercial Manager focussing on infrastructure projects (E.g. Highways, Utilities/ Water, Power/ Energy, Civils).
* Strong knowledge and working experience of NEC contracts.
* Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
* Ideally you will be degree qualified in a related subject
