Your Role:
In this dynamic sales role, you'll engage with people daily, building strong relationships to help us source and place exceptional teachers and support staff. You'll promote our candidates and services to schools, working closely with school leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. Success in this role requires energy, resilience, and a proactive mindset.

Salary and Benefits:
Year 1, £35,000 to £40,000 realistic earnings (OTE)
Year 2 onwards, £45,000 to £50,000 plus (OTE)
On target earnings based on a £26,600 base salary plus bonus and commission
Working Hours:
Term time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours shift, between the hours of 7am & 5 pm
School holidays, 9am to 3pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 1pm on Fridays, fully paid
Essential Requirements:
A full driving licence
This is an office-based role
