Are you a time-served Air Conditioning Engineer, looking for an exciting new opportunity within the Facilities Management industry?
Randstad C&P is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning engineer. The successful candidate must hold experience within commercial environments carrying out all areas of commercial maintenance across all types of AC units. This is a full time and permanent opportunity.
This is a mobile position covering commercial sites within Aberdeen. The main working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
The Package:
1. Competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
2. Company van and fuel card
3. Core hours Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

Duties and Responsibilities:
7. Carrying out all the servicing & maintenance of commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration units.
8. Responding to and completing the planned, reactive and repair work orders given by the helpdesk team within the specified time.
9. Working on systems such as - VRV / VRFs, split & multi-split systems.
10. Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
11. Adhere to health & safety guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
12. A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
13. 18th edition is highly desired
14. Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers and air handling units
15. Have commercial experience in building services or FM background
16. Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
17. Full, clean UK drivers licence
