The true beauty of this role is that every day can offer something different!
One day you could be on a video shoot, overseeing the filming of a customer case study, the next you could be going through data and insight to gain an understanding of the next EMEA campaign.
You can find yourself buried in a brief, trying to articulate the customer problem we’re trying to solve one minute, and the next you’re hosting a meeting with 10 colleagues from across EMEA talking about landing pages and customer journeys.
From creative to commercial discussions, this role plays a pivotal role in the business's ability to deliver highly engaging EMEA marketing campaigns to customers whilst always keeping a firm eye on its objectives of driving loyalty and retention within the targeted customer base.
What you will be doing:
This role sits at an EMEA Regional level within the Customer Marketing team and reports to the Marketing Manager. It’s vital in supporting local marketing teams across EMEA. You will facilitate, coordinate, and drive large regional campaigns.
Starting from the briefing stage, you will liaise with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and ensure key elements for success are captured. You will also work to understand local teams’ priorities, perspectives, and nuances.
You will lead messaging and creative development, ensuring the studio has the right information to produce engaging marketing materials. This includes leading interactive ideation sessions, bringing together creative, commercial, and local insights to craft customer-centric campaigns relevant across multiple markets.
You will create a theme pack that encapsulates all campaign details and presents it clearly to senior stakeholders. Additionally, you will support the development of assets and content, applying your knowledge of channel best practices for successful customer engagement.
What do I need to be successful?
If you possess the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

* B2B experience is preferred but not essential.
* Commercially astute.
* Excellent communication and organization skills.
* Energetic and enthusiastic about our work.
* Curious about ‘what’s next’ and ‘how do we improve’.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
What’s in it for you?
