PIPS is a small Essex based children's nursery, providing a unique home-from-home environment for your children. Our two locations surrounding the historical town of Saffron Walden in Strethall and Hempstead, both provide a rural setting where the children enjoy plenty of fresh air and exercise.
As your role as an Early Years Practitioner, you will have some understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, safeguarding, and child protection responsibilities in Childcare provisions. You will be able to plan exciting, inviting, and challenging learning opportunities appropriate for the stage and age of the children. You will develop good, strong, and positive relationships with both the children and their families, and be able to work independently and as part of a team with good communication skills.
Your Role Will Include:
* Assisting team members in providing the highest standard of care and education for the children in daily operation of the nursery, including positive partnerships with staff and parents.
* Liaising with nursery staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements.
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
* Adhering to all nursery policies and procedures.
* Contributing ideas to planning ensuring children receive high quality of learning and development.
* Always meeting health and safety and environmental health requirements.

This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 18-month apprenticeship, you will have gained a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.
