Allen Motor Group is currently looking to employ a Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our Transit Centre in Gravesend. Managing and assisting with face-to-face and digital enquiries to maximise sales potential while going above and beyond to provide a fantastic customer experience. This position is offered on a full-time 5-day, 42.5‑hour working week, with a £18,500 basic salary + average earnings of £45,000, uncapped commission, bonus and company vehicle, reporting to the CV Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via email / telephone and digitally.
* Meet individual and team-based sales targets.
* Guide customers through the whole purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories, and financial products.
* Adhere to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Previous selling and influencing skills.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions.
* A passion for providing first‑class customer service.
* An eagerness to learn and progress your career.
