What Youll Be Doing
* Speaking with candidates across specialist Life Sciences markets
* Building relationships with biotech, pharma, and medtech companies
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process from outreach to placement
* Developing your own client base and market ownership
* Working to clear targets in a high-performance environment
* Learning consultative sales, negotiation, and recruitment skills
