Our client is looking for a Total Rewards Associate/Expert to join their People Management team at their Gebze office, with a full-time, on-site working model. The role focuses on the operational execution and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and performance management processes for white-collar employees in engineering, sales, and support functions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the annual salary increase and company-wide performance bonus processes
* Preparing and delivering salary offers for new hires and internal moves
* Assisting in headcount planning and annual personnel budgeting
* Conducting job evaluations and maintaining grading systems (preferably using the Hay methodology)
* Supporting compensation and cost-related data analysis; contributing to HR analytics initiatives is a plus as the function continues to develop in this area.
* Taking an active role in performance management cycles and continuous process improvements
* Participating in strategic workforce planning initiatives
* Monitoring total rewards trends and contributing to the development of policies aligned with best practices
* Supporting salary benchmarking and compensation survey initiatives
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering)
* Experience in job evaluation processes; knowledge of the Hay method is a strong plus
* Solid understanding of performance management frameworks
* Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills
* Familiarity with HR analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
* Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
