Role Overview:
You will be supporting the wider team in finding the best value products and services for our education clients and in preparing quotations and proposals. We need someone with a keen eye for detail who is good at building rapport with clients and colleagues alike. You'll also help to manage the flow of goods in and out of our Taunton hub office. While we require a regular presence in the office, there is an opportunity to work from home some of the time and the role can be delivered with flexible hours therefore it may suit a parent or someone with care responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with Client Teams (Account Managers and IT Consultants) to help specify pricing for custom products and services
· Monitor inbound Procurement Ticket Queue completing actions or assigning to colleagues as required
· Raise purchase orders on vendors for hardware and software licences in a timely and accurate manner
· Receive deliveries to the office and log them on our systems
· Ship deliveries from the office by packaging appropriately and arranging courier servicers
· Undertake stock takes and manage inventory as required
· Cover for Account Managers when absent by fielding client queries
· Help to manage some client accounts directly by preparing quotations and transacting orders
· Monitor the Sales Board assigning queries to relevant colleagues
· Maintain our library of quote templates to ensure accuracy and correct pricing
· Maintain our client-facing webstore and process orders that come from it

What are the hours and working patterns?
Either full time (40 hours) or part time (25 hours). Part time salary is pro-rata.
