Due to continued investment, the Company is looking for an additional time served CNC Miller who has the ability to programme and operate a variety of machines, work to tight tolerances and has a good understanding of geometric symbols. The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, extracting the correct data to meet customer demands.
Hours of work (37 hours per week)
Early Shift: Monday to Thursday 6am – 2pm (30 minute /15 minute Both breaks paid), Friday 6am – 11am (15-minute paid break)
Back Shift: Monday to Thursday 2pm – 10pm (30 minute /15 minute Both breaks paid), Friday 11am – 4pm (15-minute paid break)
Shifts are rotating, following a training period on day shift

Are you the right person for the job?
· Time-served Miller with recent CNC experience
· Experience of programming and operating CNC Milling machines
· Knowledge of Fanuc programming language
· Self-motivated with an eye for detail and effective communication skills
· Ability to hit the ground running and enjoy working within a small skilled team
· Customer Service experience is essential, along with excellent people skills
· Live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK
What will your role as a CNC Turner or a CNC Miller look like?
· Operating manual and CNC milling machinery to conduct internal and external milling of components to customer drawings
· Use of inspection equipment to ensure adherences to all sizes, tolerances, and surface finishes
