Commercial Director
to lead the next stage of their expansion.

The Opportunity
As Commercial Director, you will play a key role in driving origination, growth and profitability across the lender's bridging proposition. Reporting directly to the Board, you will take ownership of the commercial strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to scale the business and cement its place as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the lender.
* Lead and inspire the business development and distribution teams.
* Forge and grow relationships with brokers, introducers, and key partners.
* Identify opportunities to expand product offerings and strengthen market presence.
* Drive revenue growth while maintaining the lender's reputation for speed, service and integrity.
* Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy.
