Technical Administration Support – 12-Month FTC
HD-Tech is pleased to partner with a leading client to recruit a technically minded individual to join their busy Technical Department on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to support the business through project administration, technical documentation, and quality control within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support across the department as required.
2. Work collaboratively within a busy, integral team.
3. Liaise with clients, area technical managers, and site technicians.
4. Handle internal and external telephone enquiries.
5. Manage live projects, including checking material orders, project documentation, and issuing notifications.
6. Produce and process technical specifications.
7. Review and process inspection reports, guarantees, and other project documentation.
8. Assist team members as needed and be flexible to support additional hours when required.
9. Maintain high standards of service, accuracy, and attention to detail.
10. Prioritise workload effectively to meet business demands.
11. Support other areas of the department or business as needed.
12. Perform ad-hoc duties as requested.
