A DAY IN THE LIFE
Located near Cohocton, NY, the area offers a suburban-rural mix, close to Finger Lakes — known for its scenic beauty and wineries. Enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking, boating, and fishing, and explore state parks and waterfalls.
In this role, you’ll perform scheduled maintenance, fault analysis, troubleshooting, and main component or blade work on wind turbines. You will work at heights and in confined spaces, exposed to weather conditions. The typical schedule is 5 days a week, 8-10 hours per day, with an on-call rotation for weekends. Teams usually consist of 2-3 members, climbing 1-2 turbines daily.
MORE ABOUT YOU
* You have a safety-focused mindset
* Your positive attitude supports teamwork
* You possess a LOTO 2 certification with at least 3 years of repair experience on turbine models/platforms
* You have performed mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs on main components like gearboxes, main bearings, generators, transformers, and blades in the wind industry
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
