The school look after students aged 4-16 that have a wide range of special needs & disabilities. The school have gone through some really exciting changes recently with brand new facilities and new senior leadership team in place, there has never been a more exciting time to be joining the team. The role They have a couple of opportunities at the school currently so if you're available full-time and have experience working with special needs & disabilities - we want to hear from you The role of TA mostly involves providing general classroom support as well as 1-1 support outside of the classroom. Due to the needs of the students you must be calm, patient, proactive, positive and confident in dealing with challenging behaviour.
