Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
£31,500 + van + Fuel Card
Mobile contract covering commercial sites in Bexley, Bromley areaResponsibilities:
Tiling
Carpentry - Door hanging
Assembling furniture
Plumbing
Drainage & flushing
Fire alarm/door testing
Grouting & Plastering
Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.Requirements:
Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting
Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ
