o Career enhancement programs (e.g., CAREER fwd 5 learning campaigns).
* Partner with enterprise Learning & Development teams to share and scale ETS learning where appropriate.

Learning Ecosystem & Tool Management

* Oversee learning tool strategy and vendor management (e.g., Pluralsight, O’Reilly), including compliance, GenAI approvals, and platform integration.
* Drive integration of learning platforms into Oracle HCM, improving accessibility, enrollment, and reporting.

Measurement Insights & Continuous Improvement

* Establish and maintain a learning metrics dashboard to track engagement, adoption, sentiment, and business impact.
* Use data and colleague insights to continuously refine programs and prioritize investment.
* Clearly communicate outcomes and value to senior stakeholders.

Leadership & Partnership

* Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of learning and talent professionals.
* Build trusted partnerships across ETS, CEG, and colleague networks.
* Act as a thought partner and consultant to leaders on learning skills and career development.

Minimum Qualifications

* 7 years of experience in talent learning & development or other people‑centered strategy with demonstrated enterprise‑scale impact.
* Proven experience leading teams and complex cross‑functional initiatives.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
* Data‑driven mindset with experience defining metrics, measuring impact, and adjusting strategy.
* Demonstrated ability to design scalable learning experiences aligned to evolving skill needs.
* Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
* Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
* Strong leadership presence with a track record of building trust, clarity, and accountability.
