About the role Dan y Bryn is set in beautiful landscaped surroundings in the small village of Ynysmeudwy, on the outskirts of Pontardawe. As a Care Worker, you’ll be at the heart of daily life for our residents, assisting them to live their lives to the fullest and ensuring they feel valued, safe, and supported. Duties will include: Promoting the health and wellbeing of residents Providing personal care and emotional support Administering medication Supporting residents to engage in stimulating activities Using a person-centred approach to involve residents in their care Digital recording Skills and Experience Needed A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided.
