What You’ll Do We are seeking a experienced and dedicated Senior Recruiting Partner to manage a busy workload within an internal recruiting environment. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help identify, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. You will help manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. This is a hybrid role, with weekly visits expected to our Brighton offices. What You'll Need to be Successful Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies. Utilise our in-house ATS to source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure understanding of role requirements and company culture. Foster positive candidate experiences by sharing our values, and opportunities. Build a talent pipeline using iCIMS, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for our openings. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and set candidate evaluation criteria. Provide guidance and consultation to hiring managers on best practices for candidate assessment and selection. Participate in recruitment strategy meetings to align talent acquisition efforts with organisational goals. Partner with HR and diversity initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process. About The Team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role for 5 years. In-depth proficiency in using ATS platforms for end-to-end recruitment processes. Understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment, and sourcing strategies. Knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment.
