Join a compassionate and well-equipped primary school in Brent as a SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting a specialist class of 8 pupils with autism and complex needs in their dedicated Inclusion Room. Starting this September, this full-time role offers the chance to work closely with a skilled SEN Teacher and three other support staff to deliver exceptional, inclusive education.
This is a hands-on position, including elements of personal care. Youll be part of a collaborative, values-driven team committed to nurturing every childs potential. Prior SEN experience is highly desirable, and confidence in providing personal care is essential.

What You'll Be Doing:
Providing 1:1 and group support in a structured SEN setting
Assisting with classroom routines, learning tasks, and sensory activities
Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
Supporting pupils' emotional regulation and communication needs
Collaborating with the SEN Teacher and wider support team
Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant For this Brent School:
