You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process within the healthcare sector, building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, and ensuring we provide a first-class service. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to deliver results. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals for temporary and permanent roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client briefing to successful placement. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities. Ensure all candidates are compliant with industry and regulatory standards before placement. Maintain accurate records of activity using the company’s CRM system. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and individual targets. Requirements Previous healthcare recruitment experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
